Welcome
Biomedical & Circuit Simulation LAB

Our research lab offers multi-disciplinary research areas in the field of Electrical Electronic Engineering. We are pioneering the lab activities actively in GSTU, Gopalganj, Bangladesh. The main aim of this lab is to encourage the students and increasing the involvements of students in the research sector. The pragmatic approach in education is considerably more effective than the academic knowledge. Here, breaking beyond the barrier of our traditional research.

The main research in this lab focuses on Biomedical engineering, Solar cells, High Electron Mobility Transistors (HEMT), Power Electronics and Photonics. The experimental study regarding to Biomedical Engineering covers the Bioimpedance measurement (TPIM, BPIM), Reaction time and Hearing Threshold Level measurement (HTL). The simulation study in this field related to disease detection and optical sensor design.

Currently, Perovskite solar cell are enormously developed with their sophisticated fabrication techniques and properties; consequently, we conduct our investigation in the field. The design of inverters, converters and power drive circuits are the main focused topics on power electronics what has been done in our lab. With the advancement’s of transistor technology, HEMT is gaining it’s popularity nowadays. Some of the lab students are working on that device.

We facilitate the collaborations with different research personnel’s in our country and from abroad for the advancements and validate our work. We seek for enthusiastic and self-motivated students who can contribute with us. If you are interested or have any queries feel free to reach out.
