The main research in this lab focuses on Biomedical engineering, Solar cells, High Electron Mobility Transistors (HEMT), Power Electronics and Photonics. We facilitate the collaborations with different research personnel’s in our country and from abroad. The aim of the lab is to utilize the technology for the betterment of humanity.
